Steve Ferazani

Steve Ferazani rejoined Sidoti in 2020 to cover machinery and diversified industrials after spending the previous 15 years in equity research, including an earlier stint at our firm. He has followed event-driven equities and special situations at Cantor Fitzgerald and Odeon Capital Group. He was also the author and lead analyst of “The Spin-Off Report” for Institutional Research Group and wrote about various industries for Standard & Poor’s. Steve graduated from Dartmouth College, holds an M.A. in journalism from New York University and is a CFA charterholder.
